Flowerfield Creations Return, Refund and Exchanges Policy

Please contact us with any questions and concerns you may have and we’ll be happy to help.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your parcel by email to flowerfield.se@gmail.com and we will let you know how to proceed with your return. We offer refund or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. This right does not extend to custom-made products. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in the original packing and return with any accessories, labels and bonus items.

The following are exempt from refunds and exchanges:

Hygiene items (like underwear and swimwear)

Custom-made products

Giftcards

Items on sale

Send us an email at flowerfield.se@gmail.com and send your item to: Flowerfield Creations, Blomåker 13, 922 66 Tavelsjö, Sweden.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are not responsible for any lost during transport.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

Please note that the refund and exchange policy is not applicable on custom made items.
